BIOCOMM 2019 Registration

Conference Registration

Deadlines for the BIOCOMM 2019 conference registration and for making reservations at Asilomar are May 17, 2019.

The Honors Reception and Banquet will include a cash bar, hors d'oeuvres and dinner buffet.

Spouse/Guest fee includes everything except general program attendance.

Accommodations

Asilomar Lodge

Asilomar is now accepting hotel reservations for BIOCOMM 2019. Click the button below to make your reservation at the special BIOCOMM rate. The deadline for making your reservation is May 17, 2019.

The nightly rates below are per person and includes 3 meals per day and all taxes. Meals included begin with dinner on day of arrival and end with lunch on day of departure. An additional $20 one-time, per person processing fee will be applied on your total charges.

Lodging and Meals at Asilomar

  • Single Occupancy: $293.41 per person
  • Double Occupancy: $195.37 per person
  • Participant with 1 Guest: $390.73
    Each additional adult: $97.32
    Each child (3-12 years old): $69.23

Check-In Time: 4 pm
Check-Out Time: 11 am

100% Advanced Payment

The total value of your reservation will be charged on your credit card within 24 hours of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less a service charge of $100 per person is given for cancellations received by May 17, 2019.  Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received on or after May 18, 2019.

Roommate Request

If you select "Roommate Request," every attempt will be made to place you in the occupancy type room you have selected with your requested roommate(s) or with another suitable participant until all possible partners are housed. Your roommate must reserve separately and also select "Roommate Request" on the reservation form. Roommate requests must be received within 10 business days of each other or another person will be assigned.

If Asilomar is not able to find you roommate(s) for some or all nights, or your requested roommate(s) does not register, or registers for some nights only, the appropriate rate will be applied and you will be charged for the difference.

Registration Policies

  • Registration with full payment must be received by May 17, 2019.
  • Registrations canceled by June 10, 2019 are eligible for a refund, minus a $50 administration fee.
  • Registrations canceled after June 10, 2019 are non-refundable.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing by the dates indicated above. (Email is acceptable.)
  • Payment in U.S. Dollars may be made by check, Visa, MasterCard via PayPal.
