Membership Conference Rates
A nonmember may register at the member rate if they are a member of one of the affinity groups listed below, or, apply for membership in BCA and make payment for dues at the time of registration.
Affinity groups: ABCD, AMI, HeSCA, IMI, OPS, AIMBI
BCA 2008 Active Membership – $100
BCA 2008 Student/Retired Membership – $50

Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations at the Strathallan Hotel in Rochester, NY. Breakfast is included with hotel reservation. (Soon to be the Hyatt Summerfield Suites.)

Registration with full payment must be received at BCA Central Office by June 27, 2008 to qualify for early registration rate |

Registration without full payment will be billed for the balance due. |

Fax and email registrations are accepted for credit card payments and purchase orders only. |

Registrations canceled by June 27, 2008 are eligible for a refund, minus a $50.00 administration fee. |

Registrations canceled after June 27, 2008 are nonrefundable. |

All cancellations must be received in writing by the dates indicated above (fax and email are acceptable). |
