$74,300 - $105,000 / Year

As part of the UC San Diego Health Sciences Communications Team, the Multimedia Specialist and Photographer is the principal photographer for the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Health Sciences as well as health sciences schools, institutes, and centers. The Multimedia Specialist and Photographer provides significant support for health sciences brand and positioning efforts, creating multimedia content for various platforms and working with health sciences communicators, leadership, and other stakeholders to create photographs for marketing and communications products and to document significant health sciences events and achievements.

The role also develops and maintains a photo library and digital asset management system for use by health sciences communicators and serves as photographer and photo editor for the health sciences "Discoveries" magazine.
