BioImages is the BioCommunications Association’s annual visual media competition and showcases the finest still images, illustration and graphic media, as well as interactive and motion media work in the life sciences and medicine.
To be included in BioImages, submissions were evaluated by a distinguished panel of judges for Intent, Design, Execution and Impact. This year, the judges selected 95 images for the BioImages 2021 Exhibition. The Exhibition has content selected from ten categories in three divisions. BioImages designates multiple awards in each category, as well as Special Merit Awards, Judges Choice Awards and a Best of Show.
