BioImages is the BioCommunications Association’s annual visual media competition showcasing the finest still images, illustration and graphic media, as well as interactive and motion media work in the life sciences and medicine.
This Special Exhibition Preview showcases the still images and other media that were selected for inclusion in this year's competition. This year, 212 entries were submitted from countries around the world. 108 entries in 9 categories were chosen by our distinguished panel of judges for inclusion in the exhibition. To be included in BioImages, submissions were evaluated for Intent, Design, Execution and Impact. BioImages designates multiple awards in each category, as well as Special Merit Awards, Judges Choice Awards and Best of Show.
Specific placement and special awards will be announced at BICOMM 2025 in Tucson, AZ, USA. The website will be updated soon after.
