A grey seal pup resting in a pool, one of the many seal pups born during November to December at the grey seal colony on the Norfolk coast . At approximately 4 weeks the grey seal pup has rid itself of the characteristic silky white pup fur and grows its dense adult waterproof fur before heading out into the cold coastal waters of the North Sea to fish.
