Richard W. Kulmann, RBP, FBPA

Oct. 30, 1934 — June 23, 2026

From his obit:

Photography was one of Richard’s lifelong passions. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1953 to 1957 as a photographer before building a long career in medical photography, including more than two decades at UC Davis. His photographs reflected not only his skill, but the way he saw the world—with patience, curiosity, and an appreciation for beauty.
