Pediatric Clinical Photographer
Stanford Medicine Children's Health - Palo Alto CA
The Photographer will perform 2D and 3D medical photography of pediatric patients. Clinical photography will focus primarily on the head/face regions of pediatric patients from newborns to young adults and will be done in the clinic (outpatient) setting. Patients will be photographed that are treated in our Pediatric Plastic Surgery and Craniofacial Surgery practice here at Stanford Children's Health.
Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Service Standards of the Hospital(s).

Photographs infants, toddlers, and children for plastic surgery and craniofacial surgery procedures.

Responsible for creating and editing film or digital photographs.

Trains on and performs 3D photography using the 3dMD platform.

Reviews and selects most appropriate 2D and 3D images for placement in the electronic medical record and retain on storage drives

Interfaces with the care team (i.e. physicians, etc.) to develop appropriate photographic standards, ensure quality and efficient workflow

Interfaces with the care team, research staff, and hospital marketing personnel to provide images from the database as needed.

Maintains all 2D and 3D photography equipment

Captures, stores, categorizes and organizes all images electronically for easy retrieval.

Determines best image to present to care team.
